Jo has been our Managing Director for over 15 years. After working for at Sue Shields Spa for 3 years Jo was given the opportunity to buy the business. Since then Jo has expanding the salon with the launch of our Medi Spa in 2008 adding 2 additional rooms dedicated to aesthetic based treatments. Now we have 15 treatment rooms, A Medi Spa and Our Wellbeing Centre.

Carol has been with us since the start in 1993 and has over 25 years’ experience within the beauty industry. Carol is trained in all areas of beauty and specialises in Neom and Wellness massage as well as Laser Hair Removal, Red Vein Treatment and Skin Rejuvenation.

Katie joined the team in 2004 and has over 20 years’ experience. Katie excels in all things Medi Spa and offers a wide range of treatments such as Slimfit, Geneo 4 in 1 Facials, Laser Hair Removal, Skin Rejuvenation and Lipo Massage.

Sophia came to Sue Shields Spa in 2009 as our apprentice. After fully qualifying in all areas of beauty in 2012 Sophia now specialises in NSI Sculpted Acrylic Nails, Bio-sculpture Gel Nails, Clarins Signature Facials and Elemis Biotech Facials.

Rachel is the beauty and the brains behind our reception area. After being with us for 6 years Rachel is the one who makes sure your appointments are made and you feel comfortable when you walk through the door.
